“Get him away from me!”: a resident of St. Petersburg set a pit bull on passers-by because of a comment about the muzzle (2 photos + 1 video)
And then he calmly went home. 
Yesterday in St. Petersburg, a girl was walking in the park with her dog. She met a 30-year-old pit bull owner. The dog of the fighting breed immediately stood up and barked at the girl’s pet, she only made a remark to its owner - that such an animal should be muzzled - and moved on.
The man became furious at this, caught up with the lady and let the pit bull off the leash. He instantly ran into the dog and knocked the girl down.
When the lady came to her senses, she went to the emergency room and wrote a statement to the police. But the story didn’t end there: a few minutes later the idiot set the dog on the resident of the neighboring house - he also asked why the guy was walking an aggressive pit bull without a muzzle. The dog knocked the man onto the asphalt.
The victim has lacerations to the lower leg and forearm. First he was taken to the hospital, and after bandaging and injections he was released home.
The police detained the pit bull's owner and opened a criminal case for hooliganism. The dog was seized and temporarily sent to a shelter.
The police intend to apply for the arrest of the suspect, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
This has already set everyone's teeth on edge - an inadequate person gets a fighting dog and for several years terrorizes the entire neighborhood. Although everything can be decided in an elementary way: to equate a dog of this breed to a weapon and issue a permit for it after the future owner has passed all the examinations. And allow him to walk only with a muzzle and a special collar. Is it possible to keep something like this in an apartment building - a separate conversation.
