Girl takes part in bodybuilding competition for the first time in Italy without arms and legs

Nadia Lauricella, 31, has suffered from phocamelia syndrome since birth, a rare condition that leaves her without most of her limbs.

Last week, the Italian took part in a bodybuilding competition in Sicily.
