The 20-year-old girl knew about her diagnosis, but hid it so as not to be left without work.





Over the course of six months, nine children became infected with tuberculosis in the nursery of the Solnyshko kindergarten in the village of Chaa-Khol (Tuva). A teacher at the institution became the carrier of a dangerous infection.

The 20-year-old teacher was aware that she was sick, but she hid the diagnosis from management and continued to go to work.



This incident happened last year, and now pre-trial hearings are beginning in the case of the ex-teacher. She faces up to two years in prison under Part 1 of Art. 236 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules."

It is known that all sick children are children under 3 years of age.
