A very drunk passenger attacked a security officer of the capital's metro
The rowdy was detained, and a criminal case was opened against him.
“According to available information, at night in the lobby of the Trubnaya metro station on the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line, a security officer of the capital’s metro prevented the passage of a passenger with signs of alcohol intoxication. In response, the attacker hit the man in the head with a glass bottle. The police patrol service of the Internal Affairs Directorate on the Moscow Metro, who promptly arrived at the scene of the incident, detained the citizen and took him to the police department,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
He clarified that the victim was hospitalized with a bruised wound to the frontal area. The man's life and health are not in danger. A criminal case was opened against the attacker under Art. 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Beatings”). The defendant was required to appear. A protocol was also drawn up against the man under Art. 20.21 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Appearing in public places while intoxicated”).
