In the Tula village, gypsies started a fight with traffic police inspectors
The incident happened on the evening of May 9: inspectors chased a drunk driver and detained him, but the man resisted, which escalated into a mass brawl.
As reported by the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, traffic police officers decided to stop the driver of the VAZ on Shchekinskoye Highway in the area of house No. 25. The motorist did not comply with the legal requirement and moved towards Kosaya Gora.
“After some time, this car was stopped. A man was driving; during a document check, signs of alcohol intoxication were established. He disobeyed the lawful demands of police officers to remove him from driving and refused to go to the Kosogorskoe police station. In accordance with the current legislation, physical force and handcuffs were used against the citizen,” the department said.
As noted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, during the arrest, a drunk driver hit one policeman and tore the uniform of a second one.
“A 46-year-old acquaintance of the detainee who was nearby, in order to obstruct the lawful actions of police officers, damaged a traffic police service vehicle by kicking the front left door. The man was also detained,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs added.
Both men were taken to the police station. Several administrative protocols were drawn up for one driver, and one for his friend. Let us note that a criminal case has also been opened against the motorist; it is being conducted by the Investigative Committee.
