Irrational man was lunging at cars and pedestrians

In Veliky Novgorod, employees of the Russian Guard detained a man who was intoxicated by drugs and who was throwing himself at cars and pedestrians. The incident occurred at the intersection of Zelinsky and Lomonosov streets. The man behaved aggressively and refused to comply with the legal demands of the National Guard officers. Physical force and special means were used to detain him. The detainee was handed over to the police for further investigation.
