A bus conductor beat a passenger at a stop in Kazan

The Investigative Committee is looking into the case, but the Transport Committee believes that the employee was defending himself.

A video from one of the bus stops in Kazan has appeared online. In it, the conductor throws a man onto the asphalt and hits him with his fists with heart-rending screams.

The Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for Tatarstan became interested in the incident and opened a criminal case of hooliganism. But the Transport Committee also got involved. They explained that two drunk passengers had piled onto the bus, they had not paid for the fare, and when the conductor reprimanded them, they threw up their hands. Then the conductor could not restrain himself.

The bus crew also contacted the police with a complaint about drunk passengers. It is still unclear how the situation will be resolved and whether the security forces will stop investigating the criminal case.

Earlier in Kazan there was a similar incident with a conductor and an elderly woman. According to eyewitnesses, the passenger’s social card did not work and she allegedly began arguing with the conductor. The case ended in a fight and a public transport worker pushed the lady off the bus.

After an inspection, the female conductor was fired and a criminal case was opened against her for hooliganism.
