Yesterday, a video with police officers was posted on the Shatura TG channel. In it, one man in uniform held a man lying on the asphalt, and the second kicked him. After that, they got into the official car and left.

As the person who filmed these videos said, the beaten man lay down for some time, then was able to get up and reached the entrance.
Today the video has already circulated on the Internet, naturally, it was watched by both the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Shatura administration. As Vladimir Shirokov, deputy head of the administration of the Shatura urban district, said, the identities of the police officers have been established, and a check is now underway.
The press service of the Moscow Region Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that these security officials will be fired:
Employees will be dismissed from internal affairs bodies on negative grounds and will be punished in accordance with the procedure established by law, and their managers will be subject to strict disciplinary liability.
There is no information about the condition of the beaten man, but his identity has also been established. And against the ex-policemen, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Exceeding official powers.” They should be brought in for questioning soon.
