Sources told reporters that the young woman added poison to pepper soup and served it to her ex-boyfriend. The death was supposed to be revenge after a breakup.

However, things did not go according to plan when the man, unaware of the poison, treated four of his friends to the soup. As a result, all five died from poisoning.
