An Indian man who was tricked by a “friend” into going to the hospital woke up after anesthesia without his genitals. It is reported that such an unusual “sex reassignment” operation was supposed to push the couple to get married.

The man's companion conspired with doctors and lured the 20-year-old victim to hospital under false pretenses where he underwent life-changing surgery.



The incident occurred in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The victim had been threatened by the same person for two years. On June 3, he ended up in the hospital after being informed of an urgent examination.

When he came to his senses after the anesthesia, his “friend” told him that now they would have to live together and get married, since none of his family and loved ones would accept him. A crazy "friend" threatened to shoot his father and take away his family's share of the land if he didn't agree.

"I had no idea what would happen in the hospital. I just came in, trusting. When I woke up the next day, he told me that I was now a woman and we would both have to get married and live together," the victim said.



Local farmer leader Shyam Pal staged a protest in front of the medical college and demanded action against the accused and hospital staff who allegedly performed the procedure without the victim's consent.

According to him, this case is related to the “illegal business of selling organs.”

Doctors claim that the victim changed his gender of his own free will.
