Residents of Bali threw stones and beat with sticks a Russian man who threatened a local taxi driver with a knife. It is reported that the man tried to steal a car, but the taxi driver managed to run out of the car with the keys and call for help from bystanders.
Pedestrians and drivers who were nearby quickly ran to the scene. They armed themselves with stones and sticks and began to beat the robber. Fortunately for the attacker, the police quickly arrived at the scene and he did not have time to receive serious injuries.
The media writes that the incident occurred on September 2 in the Blahbatuh area. The hero of the story is called Mikhail Kabulov. He is 39 years old and calls himself an investor. In any case, this is what he indicated in the documents when entering the country. If he invested money anywhere, it was only in his own degradation.
It is known that Kabulov had a business in Chelyabinsk selling beer kegs over the Internet. However, in 2022, he closed his business and moved to Bali.
According to preliminary data, Mikhail Kabulov was under the influence of drugs at the time of the attack. As far as we know, he is currently resting behind bars. It is still unknown what punishment the "investor" faces.
