On February 16, an adult man was relaxing in a bar in Korelichi. Having heavily loaded himself with alcohol, he began to wander around the establishment, inviting visitors to join him in company. The drunken uncle was expectedly kicked out and in the end he became very angry.
Having received another refusal, he grabbed a table knife and moved towards the nearest vacationer. He was a 28-year-old local resident who was stabbed at least three times in the head and neck area.

Fortunately, other visitors to the bar managed to drag the brutal Belarusian away from his victim, after which law enforcement officers were called to the bar.
According to media reports, the attacker had previously been repeatedly convicted of theft, robbery, and theft. He doesn’t remember the events of the evening in the bar at all - he says that he was too drunk.
The Office of the Investigative Committee for the Grodno Region reported that a resident of Korelichi will be tried for particularly malicious hooliganism and faces up to 10 years in prison.
