She says she didn't know she was pregnant, and having a child wasn't part of her plans.
It's impossible to understand a mother who kills children. But 28-year-old Katarina Jovanovic wasn't poor, she didn't eat her last piece of bread, and the woman had a good financial safety net - her job at Porsche helped her make ends meet.
But she didn't plan for the child, and it just happened. At least that's how the woman explains it.
After some thought, the lady decided that she wasn't on the same page with children - and threw the baby out the open window. The girl fell from the 4th floor, received fatal injuries and died. The baby's body with a fractured skull was discovered by frightened passersby, and they called the police.

According to the investigation, Jovanovic thought that motherhood would ruin her career.
"The accused was not prepared to put her life plans, especially her professional advancement, aside for the sake of the child," explains prosecutor Mareike Hafendorfer.
The defense, however, claimed that the accused did not know about the pregnancy, and after giving birth to the child at home, accidentally dropped it out of the window in a fit of passion. However, these attempts to blame the crime on excitement were not successful - the Heilbronn District Court found the company employee guilty of manslaughter. The woman was sentenced to 7.5 years in prison.
However, the top manager's legal team is not giving up - it is known that Jovanovic's lawyers are planning to appeal the verdict.
