An 18-year-old girl who visited a shopping mall in the city of Anapolis (Goias, Brazil) found herself in an unenviable situation. The smartphone, which was in the back pocket of her jeans, suddenly caught fire.

A surveillance camera located in the shopping establishment captured the moment the gadget caught fire and the panic that gripped the girl. A young man standing nearby helped the visitor to the center get rid of the burning gadget. The girl received second-degree burns.
