In London, an idiot hacked a 14-year-old to death with a samurai sword (2 photos + 1 video)

The tragedy occurred in London's Thurlow Gardens at 7am local time on Tuesday. 
According to eyewitnesses, the car crashed into a house, after which a man armed with a samurai sword attacked passers-by and a police patrol.
“He had a big samurai sword. Huge sword. I saw everything from the bedroom window. And then he went into the passage between the houses, a couple of houses away from me, I ran out, and there the police hit him with a stun gun,” local resident Chris Bates told the BBC.
As a result of the attack, a 14-year-old teenager was killed and four other people were injured, including two police officers. London Police Chief Stuart Bell said their injuries were not life-threatening.
After a short chase, a 36-year-old local resident was detained. What prompted him to commit the crime is now being clarified. Police do not consider the attack an act of terrorism.
