A couple of days ago, in the Fokinsky district of Bryansk, teenagers got to the bottom of a man. He sat on the bench and didn’t touch anyone. Apparently he was drunk. And the zoomers decided to make fun of him on camera: one of them kicked him to the ground, the second kicked him while he was lying down, who could not even resist. Then they laughed together and left.

Next - according to the standard. The guys posted the video online and the Ministry of Internal Affairs became interested in it.
During the investigation, police officers found that the lawbreakers were a 13-year-old and two 14-year-old local residents. In relation to their parents, protocols were drawn up under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure of parents or other legal representatives of minors to fulfill their responsibilities for their maintenance and upbringing.” Also, teenagers will be placed on preventive registration.
Their adventures will not end there; the prosecutor’s office of the Fokinsky district of Bryansk also got involved in the case:
During the inspection, an assessment will be made of the activities of the bodies of the system for the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency, as well as the actions of minors and their parents.
Based on the results, the issue of response measures will be decided.
