In Russia, a man sprayed pepper spray in a veterinary clinic
A visitor to a veterinary clinic in Tuapse unexpectedly sprayed pepper spray in the room. The reason for this was that veterinarians refused to sterilize the man's cat due to his inappropriate behavior.
The man brought a cat to a veterinary clinic for sterilization. At the same time, he behaved aggressively: swore and attacked the staff. He was denied service due to his inappropriate behavior, so in response, he pulled out a pepper spray and sprayed the gas in the room.
According to eyewitnesses, the dog died from pulmonary edema as a result. The staff managed to save the other animals.
The doctor and the administrator received corneal burns and damage to the skin on their faces.
The police reported that the 41-year-old local resident was detained and taken to the police station. He was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 20.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. An investigation is underway.
