US teacher fired for forcing student to massage her feet as punishment (2 photos)
In the state of Florida, USA, a 53-year-old school employee was brought to trial for forcing an eighth-grader to give her a foot massage.
As it became known to the sheriff, the assistant principal Kayva Lark invited the student into the office when he was kicked out of class. Another student was also there, as well as school employee Mekia Scarvers. According to them, Lark put her feet on the student's lap and ordered him to massage them. If the woman did not like the teenager's actions, she massaged his hand and gave advice on massage.
As the sheriff was told by the witnesses, Lark told the victim that she was preparing him for the moment when he would have a girlfriend. In addition, she claimed that she was fulfilling a fantasy that every schoolboy has. The massage lasted about 30 minutes.
The school principal learned of the incident. He suspended Lark from her position. During the interrogation, the woman said that she tried to "pacify" the student with the massage. According to her, the teenager had problems with discipline, and traditional methods of education did not work on him. Lark also refuted the testimony of the student and Scarvers, adding that she did not touch the eighth-grader and did not make any strange comments.
