According to media reports, the celebration with blackjack and strippers took place in one of the local restaurants over the weekend. And no, the power grid employees were not celebrating the New Year (it's scary to imagine what happens there in late December), but their professional holiday - Power Engineer's Day.
It is unknown who leaked the video from the corporate party to the Internet. But some assume that someone decided to undermine or punish the boss. It is the head of the production and technical service of the branch of the State Unitary Enterprise SK "Stavelectroset" 48-year-old Dmitry Stepnov who is the main character of the video, in addition to the half-naked girl in a BDSM outfit, of course.
The residents of Mineralnye Vody were infuriated by the prank of local power engineers. And not only because the holiday was probably paid for out of their pockets - that's half the trouble. The problem is also that the employees of the state company do their job very poorly, but they have a great time. In Mineralnye Vody, Chapayevka, Yessentuki and Predgorny District there is often no power, local residents complain.
As far as we know, Stepnov has already been fired. He held his position for six months. Together with him, his immediate superior, the director of the Stavelectroseti branch, Sergei Kaishev, was asked to leave.
The latter said that he planned to punish Stepnov for his behavior with correctional labor during the New Year holidays, as well as deprive him of his bonus. But the big bosses did not agree with such educational measures, asking him to write a letter of resignation of his own free will.
Now Kaishev regrets that he could not stop his colleague from his idea with a corporate party and inviting ladies with low social responsibility there. He does not absolve himself of guilt, but considers the management's decision unfair and emphasizes that the company is short of personnel.
