The human body is unique, especially the eyes. Some have an incredibly beautiful color, some roll them up masterfully at every opportunity, and this Uruguayan epically "rolls them out". 
So, Uruguayan Martin Sanchez manages to bulge his eyes as much as 19 millimeters. For this very peculiar feature, he was included in the Guinness Book of Records.
This spectacle, of course, is very much an acquired taste. You clearly don't want to watch it in person. So, if you are currently gnawing on cookies or are an impressionable person in general, then you should not watch this video.

"It started when I was a kid," he told reporters. "I could basically move the upper and lower muscles around my eyes, and over time I improved my skills until I could finally move my eye completely out of its socket."
