24-year-old Adlai Mestre shot his entire family about a month ago. The inadequate man dealt with his father, mother, 17-year-old sister, and did not spare the dog. When the police arrived at the house in Tijeras, New Mexico, they found Mestre there. All the killer's clothes were covered in the blood of his victims. He did not resist arrest, and during interrogation he confessed to the crime. 
During the conversation with the police, the man prayed to Jesus to "bring peace to the others," and when he was left alone in the cell, he began to kick the wall and, characteristically, managed to break through it.
However, he was unable to leave the police station and was detained again.
The older sister, who was not at home at the time of the massacre (and therefore lucky to stay alive) said that her brother had mental health problems, he was taking medications and constantly "heard voices." Mestre currently faces several charges, including murder and escape from custody. Doctors are currently assessing his condition to determine whether he is sane enough to stand trial.
