The prosecutor's office of the Omsk region reported on the investigation. 
Visitors to the Omsk hospital BSMP-1 were shocked by the doctor who was sitting in the corridor. The man collected patient cards from the floor with naughty hands and did not do a very good job.
Eyewitnesses said that the surgeon's name was Ergashzhon. He later explained that he was simply drunk. After the doctor realized that he had been filmed, he persuaded the author of the video not to show the incriminating evidence to anyone. Apparently, the eyewitness did not listen.
According to him, the drunken Ergashzhon was hidden in the staff room until he sobered up. After that, the man calmly went on his shift, as if nothing had happened.
