A company pushed a guy off a boat into a reservoir - he drowned

22-year-old Alexander Avendaño Varela, who couldn't swim, was pushed overboard after an argument. Footage shows him cornered and then falling into the water. He struggled desperately but soon disappeared underwater.
No one on board jumped to his aid, and the boat continued on its way. His body was only found several days later.
In the video, some can be heard shouting, "Drown him!" despite others warning him that he couldn't swim. No one on board was wearing life jackets.
Police are currently investigating and considering possible criminal charges.
