The pursuit of likes and comments can lead to disaster. Another TikTok challenge ended in the death of a blogger. The man drowned in a barrel of water.
The incident occurred during a live TikTok broadcast. The young man was attempting a challenge, balancing upside down over a water-filled barrel. At one point, he lost his balance and fell into the barrel, also upside down.
The blogger attempted to save himself, but the barrel was too wide to roll over and escape. This all happened in front of thousands of viewers. Video of the tragedy quickly spread across social media, after which his account was presumably deleted from the platform.
