Dismissal, Indonesian style

Lika Tamher, an electrical trainee who worked in the electrical supply department, made systematic mistakes, for which he received written notices. As a result, he was called in for a talk by the manager, which resulted in his dismissal.

In response to three comments about poor work, the trainee attacked the manager, stabbing him four times in the chest and abdomen. Tamher then fled the scene of the crime, but was detained by law enforcement three days later. The manager's life is reportedly out of danger.
