“On the afternoon of June 12, the police received a message that an elderly woman was lying in the front door of building 7, building 1, Peterhofskoye Highway. At the scene of the incident, an 84-year-old resident of the house was found, who was attacked from behind by an unknown person, hit and stole 3,000 rubles.
A criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (robbery). In the evening, the police received a message from a medical facility that an 89-year-old woman with a head injury and a broken shoulder was hospitalized from an apartment in building 5 building 1 on Peterhofskoye Highway. She was also attacked in the front door. A criminal case has been initiated under Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (robbery),” reports the St. Petersburg Police Telegram channel.
