In the published video, the owner tries to pull the dog away, but it breaks free and attacks the child again. At some point, the victim manages to free himself and run away from the aggressive animal. The dog ran out into the entrance without a muzzle or leash.

In Surgut (KhMAO), at the entrance of one of the housing complexes, a fighting dog attacked a child. According to eyewitnesses, the student was hospitalized with injuries.

The residents of Surgut were shocked by what they saw. They split into two camps. Some people think that the dog should be euthanized. Others blame everything on the owner, who was irresponsible by taking the dog home but not training him.
