At these words, she hits the child on the hand. Other children first look at what is happening in confusion, and then begin to help the teacher restrain their classmate. Noticing the phone camera, Laputskaya orders the filming to stop.

“I know at least three parents who wrote complaints about her to the city education department. Apparently, there was no reaction. The video continues to circulate in parent chats, and many are outraged by it,” the insider said.
