Visitors to one of the shopping malls in Penang (Malaysia) managed to catch a certain man engaged in a dishonest and illegal activity. 
This man was riding the escalator and, apparently, was taking pictures of young girls under their skirts. It is enough to look at how exactly the stranger was holding the phone to be sure that the criminal shooting really took place. But eyewitnesses were especially outraged when the man, having had his fill of riding, met a young woman with a child (apparently, his wife) and went on a peaceful family shopping spree. The wife probably does not know what kind of "werewolf" she is married to.
The worst thing is that the security of the shopping center, to whom the witnesses of the incident turned, reacted to everything indifferently - they say, it is not their business. Why then do they need security guards in the shopping center at all? The eyewitnesses had to go to the police, and they hope that at least the police will take action.
