In the US, model Michaela Brashaye Rylaarsdam, known under the pseudonym Ashley Sincal, found herself at the center of a high-profile lawsuit after the death of her client, who paid her $11,000 for an extreme BDSM session.





According to the New York Post, 55-year-old Michael Dale ordered a service from the model, during which she was supposed to wrap him in cling film from head to toe.



The session took place on April 17, 2023. According to investigators, Rylaarsdam wrapped the man's body in film, pulled a bag over his head, and attached women's boots to his feet. She recorded everything that was happening on video for her account. During the filming, she "committed a sexual act" next to the wrapped client, believing that nothing dangerous was happening.

Eight minutes later, the model decided to check on Dale and discovered that he had lost consciousness. She immediately called an ambulance. The paramedics who arrived tried to resuscitate the man, but all efforts were in vain. He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Rylaarsdam's lawyers claim that all actions took place with the consent of both parties, and the model did not expect that the situation could turn into a tragedy. However, she was arrested and placed in custody without bail. In the courtroom, she declared her innocence.
