In Australia, police subdued a naked man with a taser (4 photos + 1 video)

A naked man appeared on a busy street in Perth, Australia on Saturday night. Dozens of shocked passersby watched as he attempted to hijack an Uber taxi.





23-year-old Poohy Clarke's rampage ended when police tased him twice.



The footage shows Clarke slamming into the taxi driver as officers attempt to pull him out of the car.

The troublemaker can be heard screaming in pain after being tased, before turning on the officer's colleague and punching her in the face and head.

He then punches the officer and runs away with one hand cuffed, sticking his tongue out at bewildered bystanders.





Eventually, another patrol arrived and detained the brawler.

Clark was charged with a number of offenses, including disorderly conduct, disobeying police officers, assaulting a police officer, and attempted theft of a motor vehicle.



The Australian spent the night in custody and appeared in court in the morning. He denied being naked and hid his face when reporters confronted him as he left the courtroom.

Clark was released on bail but must comply with curfew conditions.
