A man parked in a disabled parking space, and when he was asked to vacate the space, he got angry. 
Another episode of the endless series "Battle for Parking". In the village of Mebelnaya Fabrika (Mytishchi), a 70-year-old disabled woman was unable to park her car because a Ford driver had overtaken her. The lady asked him to give her the space, to which the man got angry and even began to threaten the pensioner.
Then he finally took pity, removed his car, but then went up to the "offender's" car and broke the side mirror. Even the neighbor who stood up for the woman couldn't do anything with the impudent fellow.
The owner of the damaged car contacted the police duty unit - a criminal case was opened on the fact of the incident under Part 1 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Intentional destruction or damage to property".
I wonder if the old woman was the bearded man's compatriot, how quickly would he have vacated the space?
