The wild scene was recorded on video, which later went viral on social networks. The hero of the day was ex-assistant to the deputy Markel Egorov. Now a man who practices “high” relationships with women has been detained and is communicating with the police. 
Residents of Cheboksary were shocked by the video that was filmed on the city’s Base Passage. The young man hit the woman and forced her into the car, dragging her along the asphalt by her hair. Eyewitnesses reported that the unfortunate woman had previously been traveling with the tyrant in the same car.
A number of media outlets immediately published information about the identity of the attacker. The name of assistant deputy Markel Egorov was mentioned. It was also reported that the police became interested in the man’s behavior.
On the same day, police detained the wild driver of a Land Cruiser. First, they determined the location of his car (the car was found in the underground parking lot of the Seventh Heaven residential complex), and then they found its owner.
At that moment, the man was walking on the street with his child and seemed surprised by the attention of law enforcement officers.
The offender was taken to the police station, where the details of the incident are being clarified.
