An eyewitness noticed that he first called a little boy and girl with him, and then trudged after them - the woman called the police. 48-year-old Roman was caught in hot pursuit. When he was already in the department, the detainee received a complaint about seducing a fifth-grader from her father. The man accused Roman: a few hours ago, at the entrance to Zvezdnaya, he showed the girl her shame.
A criminal case has been opened under the article “Violent acts of a sexual nature” - the suspect could go to prison for life. Roman has already been imprisoned twice for sexual crimes - the first time back in the 90s. However, he has not been charged with criminal charges for more than 10 years.
