An American attempted to snatch a deputy sheriff's service weapon

47-year-old Brian Fleming, while intoxicated, was involved in a traffic accident in Olympia, USA. A sheriff's deputy let the man get too close and nearly lost her service weapon.

When arrested, the man resisted and was hit in the head. During an interview with investigators, he claimed to have consumed seven bottles of cold medicine to "get to sleep." However, the medicine didn't work as intended, and he ended up swooning.
