A man beat a sea lion on a beach in California

According to the TV channel, the Marine Fisheries Service of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) took notice of a video circulating online. In it, a man was kicking a sea lion sitting on the edge of the waterfront near La Jolla Cove. The aggression toward the protected animal did not stop even when it tried to escape.
According to NOAA spokesperson Rachel Hager, the investigation is ongoing, but the identity of the perpetrator has not yet been established.
