A scooter hit a mother and baby in Russia

On June 11, an accident involving an electric scooter occurred in Kaluga. The guy hit a woman with an eight-month-old baby in her arms. The victims were taken to the hospital.

The recording from the surveillance camera shows that the mother with the child in her arms was leaving the building. At that moment, a scooter drove by and crashed into them. The woman tried to grab the guy, but he fled the scene of the incident. The baby needed medical attention. The 8-month-old was reportedly diagnosed with a concussion.
