A scooter crashed into a cyclist during a cycling festival in Russia

On May 18, an organized spring cycling festival was held in Moscow. Unfortunately, there were some incidents. The scooter managed to miss the column of race participants on the Garden Ring and crashed into one of the cyclists.

Participation was free; you could only use your own bicycles for the ride. Scooters, according to the rules, were not allowed.

However, it could not happen without alternatively gifted people. The scooter driver took advantage of the fact that the road was blocked and rushed off about his business. As a result, he did not notice the participants of the race and flew into one of the cyclists.
