The son of a 68-year-old woman, a disabled person of the first group, contacted the law enforcement agencies of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. He said that the nurse he hired abused his mother - she did not allow her to get out of bed, threw her on the bed, wringed her hands and prayed to drive out evil spirits from her. As evidence, he provided footage from a home surveillance camera that confirmed his words.
As the victim’s son said, when hiring a nurse, he warned her about the presence of a camera. Citing problems with relatives, the woman moved into her grandmother’s apartment and at first there were no complaints about her work. After the first incident with the exorcism of demons, the victim’s son talked to the nurse on his own, but this did not produce results - the bullying continued. Then the man was forced to contact the police. But the Investigative Committee took up the matter.
“All the circumstances of the incident are being established, during the inspection the nurse’s actions will be assessed, and a procedural decision will be made,” the Investigative Committee said.
