An outrageous incident occurred in Novorossiysk. Two sisters, 16 and 11 years old, were riding home in an elevator. A man was riding in the elevator with them, going to the floor above. At first, the man gave the girls ambiguous compliments and asked: “Why are you standing there, who are you waiting for, beauties?” When the girls began to leave, the pervert deliberately spanked his younger sister on the butt. She tried to dodge the unpleasant gesture. After that, the man left the elevator with the girls and followed them to the door.

The frightened girls complained to their parents, who in turn contacted the police. It later turned out that the man hired a lawyer. Apparently, he did not see anything strange in his actions. Now he demands to prove that the girl really looks 11 years old, and her physical development corresponds to her age. The defense says there is nothing wrong with the spanking and it cannot be considered harassment. The situation was taken under control by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Novorossiysk.
