Didn't notice the tensioned cable and suffered a traumatic brain injury

In Russia, Sosnovoborsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, an 11-year-old girl was rollerblading near a residential building and did not notice a cable stretched between the pillars. The result is a closed head injury and concussion. A local deputy, contacted by the girl’s mother, found out that the wire was strung by retailers renting the first floor for a grocery store. After contacting them, they decided to “upgrade” the cable.
