The accident occurred in May of this year, but now some details have become known, as well as the scope of the charges. In Kemerovo, a 27-year-old driver of a Priora, in a state of alcohol intoxication (the blood alcohol level was exceeded by 7.5 times), decided to take some female acquaintances home from a club, but exceeded the speed limit several times. 
Flying through a red light, he collided with a VAZ-2107 with pensioners inside. From the impact, the vehicle with pensioners inside flipped several times, and the wheels and doors were thrown several meters. A 65-year-old passenger died on the spot from injuries. The elderly driver of the car was taken to the hospital, where he died.
After a serious collision, the Priora flew onto the fence, and then fell into a pit dug by builders. In the car of the culprit, a 28-year-old passenger was injured from the fall. She was taken away from the scene of the accident by doctors with serious injuries.
