A maniac attacked a pensioner right on the street and dragged her into a deserted alley. The attacker beat the victim and then brutally assaulted her. The victim suffered injuries and fractures.
The perpetrator was reportedly previously charged with rape and theft, but was released from prison in January by order of the district attorney.
The police chief criticized the judicial system for allowing a repeat offender to walk free.
