A man was arrested in Thailand for offering penis enlargement services
Bangkok police arrested a 51-year-old Thai man named Pittaya for illegally performing penis enlargement and circumcision procedures, which he advertised on TikTok.
According to the Consumer Protection Police Department (CPPD), the suspect offered his services without a medical license. He arranged appointments with clients online, performing procedures in private homes or even in his car.
The man was arrested while preparing to perform another procedure. A search of his car revealed 39 items, including surgical instruments, anesthetics, medical supplies, and pearl beads.
The man admitted to having no medical training and learned "online." He said he had been practicing for about a year, believing his services were "convenient and accessible" for clients.
Pitttaya has been charged with illegal medical practice under Section 26 of Thailand's Medical Profession Act. Violators face up to three years in prison, a fine of up to $900, or both.
