An incorrigible scoundrel

A Houston resident beat up a 67-year-old man with dementia and stole his phone. The reason was that the grandfather mixed up the cars and pulled the door handle of the aggressor's car. The elderly man was hospitalized with a fractured cheekbone. The attacker was released on bail, reduced from $1 million to only $20,000. However, he soon made himself known again.

Some time after his release, he got into an argument with a woman near a store. During the verbal altercation, the accused fired a pistol into the ground at the woman's feet and pointed the firearm directly at her. He is currently being sought.
