In Ecuador, a military plane crashed on a busy street, killing the crew.

An incident involving a small plane, a car and a motorcycle occurred on the island of Santa Elena. The plane of the Military Aviation School crashed on the main highway, colliding with vehicles. As a result of the disaster, the crew members died - Captain Diana Estefania Ruiz Solís and cadet Jándres Pacheco Ramírez. The rest of the victims, including the passengers of the car and motorcycle, were hospitalized with serious injuries. The prosecutor's office is conducting an investigation.
