I talked to the girl's mother. She told us how everything happened that evening.

“This woman got out of the car and said that she wouldn’t let anyone through, and she swore very strongly. The ambulance driver turned on the horn and flashing lights. I asked her politely to clear the way because the child was in the car, to which she said that she would not back up,”
