Bakery factory employees staged a brawl in Podolsk
The incident has already been dubbed the “bread riot,” the “Battle of Borodino,” and the “Battle of the Loaves.”
A multinational battle on loaves took place at the Kolomna bakery in Podolsk - a Chechen quarreled with a Tajik, and then the rest of the company’s employees joined the mix.
The incident reportedly occurred on April 17. The cause of the conflict was the wife of a Tajik Sarika. A native of Chechnya, standing on the line opposite them, asked the woman to give him a tray. For some reason, Sarik was greatly offended by this request (perhaps the Chechen did it without respect). The verbal conflict quickly escalated into hand-to-hand combat, trays and trays of bread were even used, and then several more people joined the fight, including Russian guys.
It is reported that the four most active participants in the fight were suspended from work. There is no data from the Ministry of Internal Affairs; obviously, no one wrote any statements.
