A giant crane collapsed on residential buildings due to strong winds Wind

In the Chilean city of Coquimbo, strong winds toppled a construction crane, which crashed onto a building under construction, and then its boom collapsed onto a row of residential houses. As a result, six houses and two cars were damaged.

A 13-year-old girl was inside one of the damaged houses. She sustained a minor leg injury and was badly shaken. According to local authorities, there were no fatalities.
