A waitress in Astana had boiling oil poured on her back
The girl begins to writhe in pain. Later, reports surfaced on social media that the victim suffered severe burns, her back was "festering," and she might need a skin graft.
The Threads post's author claims that Shaurma Food's management is allegedly denying responsibility for the incident. However, company representatives stated that this is untrue.
"The incident did indeed occur more than a month ago. We immediately provided medical assistance, met with the girl's parents, paid for the treatment, and paid compensation," the restaurant's official statement, published on Instagram, read.
The Ministry of Labor recommended that, if necessary, the victim contact the labor inspectorate.
The question remains: is the victim satisfied with the assistance provided and whether it was sufficient for a full recovery.
